Bill has had a passion for bridging the world of insurance with the possibilities of IT since the start of his career more than 17 years ago. With a finance-focused Bachelor of Computer Science degree from West Chester University he held leadership roles on both the business and technical side of systems implementations at AdminServer.

Bill has been designing and implementing core insurance systems for nearly two decades. He is the mind behind designing the valuation engine of Oracle’s OIPA, and the breadth of his knowledge with core processing, and how it’s applied to the front and back office, make him indispensable to our clients. He currently oversees the Equisoft technical team in the USA.
