Annalee Moore

Annalee Moore is an accomplished business leader with over 35 years of experience in the insurance and wealth management space. She served for many years at Sun Life Financial, a leading international financial services organization, most recently as Assistant Vice-President, Business Management Distribution Services and previously as Assistant Vice-President, Insurance Business Development. Her previous tenures include leadership positions at Manulife Financial, Clarica Life Insurance and Mutual Life. Throughout her 11+ years career at Sun Life, she has led several teams focused on helping advisors and distribution partners in their efforts to grow sales, optimize processes and support large and complex cases.
- In her position as Director, Large Case Support at Manulife Financial, she created a new team and developed new processes, roles and accountabilities across the organization to improve service, effectiveness and customer satisfaction, leading to increased sales accounting for 35% of new insurance premium annually.
- As Director, Savings and Retirement Products at Clarica Life Insurance, she led Product Development and Marketing teams accountable for the development, pricing, profitability, marketing, promotion, and training of savings and retirement products representing assets under management of $30.4 billion. Under her leadership, her teams contributed to grow the firm’s asset base by an additional 10%.
- In her role as Demutualization Team Leader when Mutual Life was moving from a policyholder owned to a publicly owned company, she led a highly technical actuarial team responsible for developing value distribution models for policyholders, and presented recommendations to Boards of Directors and Government officials for approval of the value distribution allocation representing $1 billion in shares/cash.
- In a previous role at Mutual Life, she led a team accountable for large insurance policies and contributed to grow the business from 5% of new annualized life insurance premium to 30%. She also helped to create over 100 customized life insurance products for affluent customers, and developed marketing strategies that increased sales by over 200%.
Annalee brings to the Equisoft Board a long and successful career of driving growth, operational improvement and innovation, as well as extensive knowledge in multi-line business development, product development and operations management.
